For a limited time only, receive 10% off 7+ night booking! Our newly completed addition makes this home a 3/3 with 37' dock. Our Tiki Hut has a conversation sitting area with a fire table, dining table for 6, and 65" smart TV, ceiling fans, and edison lighting. The outdoor propane grill is located outside of the Tiki Hut. There is also boat trailer parking. Cabana Club Membership included.

Our Bungalow now has 2 Master Bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds, along with our nicely appointed 3rd bedroom with queen bed and an additional 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have their own ceiling fan, super quiet mini split AC, full size dresser, mirrors, and nightstands, One bedroom holds the washer and dryer.

The waterside view through the two 8' glass sliders in the recently enlarged living room and the bright additions to the decor will be sure to please you for your relaxing vacation and family gatherings! This 3 bedroom 3 bath home offers all new super quiet mini split air conditioners, a queen sofa sleeper; 2 comfy La-Z Boy recliners; the new dining table has a built in leaf that can easily seat 8, ceiling fans, new Smart TV’s; DVD player, free wifi and USB ports throughout the house.

The beautiful enlarged kitchen now has a new island, stainless steel appliances and is well supplied with all dishes, glassware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and Cuisinart drip coffee maker, beverage center, Cuisinart toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, blender, and crock pot. The backyard now has a large tiki hut for your relaxation as you enjoy the canal view along with a 65" smart TV, ceiling fans, fire table and outdoor grill. Please do not bring your pets as the home is not pet friendly.

You can enjoy waterside lounging at the home along with a membership to the Cabana Club which includes a pool, beach, gift shop and snack bar. There is a total of 37’ of dockage at the home with a fish cleaning table. This residence is on a wide and deep canal with quick access to the Gulf or the Atlantic Ocean.

Key Colony Beach is called "The Gem of the Florida Keys" located at mile marker 53.5 on US 1 and has a 9-hole par-3 golf course, Sunset Beach, Tennis courts, Pickleball, Basketball court, Playground and is ideal for fishing and boating activities. There are many restaurants, charter fishing fleets, marina, boat rentals, clothing store, gift shop, dive and tackle shop, and liquor store.

Just returned from a week at this lovely home in Key Colony. From the moment we walked in the door until the second we left, we couldn't have been any more pleased with these exceptional accommodations. The place was welcoming, clean, very well stocked and comfortable. We found the homeowner/property manager were responsive and provided great communication. We have already planned our return trip for 2027. Thanks for making our annual trip to Key Colony Beach such a memorable one!

Another wonderful vacation in Key Colony Beach. This is our second stay at this property. It is a beautiful, clean and well stocked home. The property manager and owner are pleasant and wonderful to work with. Their new Tiki Hut patio is beyond fabulous and included comfortable seating, firepit table and large screen tv. One of the best properties we have rented in the area and we have rented several over the past 20 years. Thank you for providing our multigenerational family of 7 with so many happy and fun memories.

This was our second year at this property, went from 1 week last year to 2 weeks this time. Both the host and property manager were wonderful - quick to respond to emails, friendly and welcoming. Looking at the photos brings back great memories of the relaxed but luxurious accommodations with attention to all of the details that made our time there really special. The tiki hut is gorgeous. From there we ate breakfast while watching pelicans, saw the sun set at dinner and star gazed after dark.

Nice duplex, clean, and beautiful outside area. We all enjoyed our stay. Having a washer and dryer as well as a beverage cooler helped us out a lot. I let them know the stove top wasn’t working properly, seemed to only want to cook on high temps. Hopefully they will get the doors pads working as we needed keys to lock up and with several adults it wasnt easy.

Beautiful KCB property

Property was clean spacious and beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. We experienced a construction issue with outside door that was rapidly repaired. Megan the property manager was helpful, very responsive and professional. Would definitely book again. Loved it.!

Great stay in key colony!

Clean and great decor. Beds very comfy. Recliners extra comfy. Hubby loves that. Easy access in unit! Would’ve loved beach chairs available but made it work. Cabana club gets very busy but was fun watching some of the “locals”. Great get away for two couples. Throw in a boat for the week and time to play ocean or gulf!

Great Place to stay!

We loved our stay here! We caught fish right off the dock. Location was great close to beach, Marathon and Islamorada. We loved the Cabana Club awesome pool! We also enjoyed the pickleball courts. We could ride our bikes everywhere. The manager was great!!! The only complaint I have was the patio was not finished and you spend most of your time outside so that was a bummer. That is the reason for 3 stars Accuracy of online listing. When the patio is done 5 starts forsure!!!

Wonderful

We had some minor issues with the front door and some not mentioned cams around the house but it didn’t diminish the joy of our vacation. It was clean, nice furnished and communication is good. But…the AC in the Masternedromm is loud like a F-35 and should be replaced.

Truly Paradise

3 bedrooms (2 K, 1 Q) and 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of space for 5 adults and a 4-year-old. So many conveniences, basically nothing has been overlooked for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Loved the new tiki addition canalside for watching birds, boats, grandpa & grandson fishing. Having pass to Cabana Club with pool & beach was a fantastic bonus, nicer than other beaches we saw in the area. Perfect location, away from noise/traffic of Overseas Hwy but close enough for easy access to restaurants, stores, etc. Property Mgr. quickly responded to my emails before and during stay. We'll be back!

Winter get away trip

We loved the location. Great neighborhood. On our first day we saw 3 dolphins right in front of the house. That made our trip!! The house was clean , nicely decorated and comfortable. The only unusual thing was that we needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags . It only has starter supplies . So pick some up at Publix on your way in. Enjoy every minute because time flies.

We are a semi-retired couple with 4 children and 8 grandchildren that live north of Clearwater Beach, FL and have lived in this area for 43 years. We love the water and are avid boaters. We fish, dive, snorkel - just about anything you can do in the water. We have owned homes in the Keys for over 15 years. It's where our hearts are. When we bought Salty’s Paradise Bungalow we decided to share our love of Key Colony Beach and Marathon with others. We hope you come to stay in our Bungalow and fall in love with the Keys.

Key Colony is in the heart of the Florida Keys in Marathon where there are many restaurants, shops, movie theater, community theater, and boat charters of all sorts. Key Colony is a very safe and family friendly area. Recreation in Key Colony is huge with walking lanes, tennis, pickleball, golf, children’s playground, bocci ball, Sunset Beach; swimming and beach at the Cabana Club. There is something for everyone!

The Tiki Hut is one of our favorite spots to relax, watch the boats pass and see the wild life. If you choose, watch your favorite sport, movie, or TV series on the large smart TV under the tiki hut. The fire table adds an extra feature of peace and tranquility.
