The property is 3 stories to reach all bedrooms. We hadn’t expected that. The fixtures, flooring, carpets could use some TLC or replacing. By and large, the photos are accurate and we weren’t disappointed with bedding, towels or linens. It’s probably not accurate to imply river access for swimming or any activity is doable. There’s a drop from a rocky top to the water…maybe okay for kids, but not septuagenarians. Our biggest problem came when we could not reach the property manager, VRBO, or anyone on site for a lost key. In hindsight, I should have insisted on a phone contact number. Ultimately, I found the key after backtracking everywhere we went in Yosemite. Absent that one glaring problem, all pre visit comms were excellent. Prices were good, and appreciated since were all retired. We did enjoy our stay and appreciate that there was a place that could accommodate the 5 of us. For clarity, the first floor has 1 king size bed/room and a full size bath. The second floor has 1 king size bed and an en suite bath and a second room with 2 Queen sized beds and a Jack & jill bath. The third floor is a loft with 4 single beds.

Lovely property. Enjoyed the river access. Property was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Ran low on staples like paper towels, TP, trash bags - but I didn't reach out to Jessie for help with that either so can't complain much. Overall would definitely recommend.

Convenient location, unique house

The location was great for getting into Yosemite. the house layout was unique and we enjoyed it. The patio and view of the river was the real star, it was great sitting outside enjoying that view. The beds/layout were as described on the site and all linens and beds were clean. We felt like the value was great and enjoyed our stay. The floors could use a good scrubbing, and there were some areas in the bathrooms that could use some extra cleaning. Also, communications about check in and the property in general was great, but I did ask a couple of questions via the VRBO app that never got answered. Host might be more responsive via other sources
