Close stay to Parris Island!

It truly was a beautiful, spacious home and would definitely stay there again. Alyssa was very responsive. Anything you could think of that was needed was available to us! If I could rate it 10 stars, I would!!

Our "happy place"

We had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location for us and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to the cypress wetlands, the sands beach and boardwalk. Must go to Maynards for donuts and ice cream!

Perfect spot for family getaway

We came for our son’s graduation and needed lots of room for a large family. This was perfect. Location was convenient to all of the places we needed to be and the house was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Wedding Stay

We brought the whole family for a nearby wedding. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and homey. The pictures don’t actually do it justice. Much larger than it appeared in the photos. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to a number of areas downtown, beach and restaurants. We would definitely come back if our travels take us to the area.

Wonderful location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Happy Place! It was well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood was quite and friendly. The location was conveniently located to Parris Island, Beaufort, and Lady Island.

The Happy Place is Amazing

We came to watch our nephew graduate from Marine bootcamp and could not have picked a better place to stay! Quick drive to the base, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. 100% recommend this home to anyone coming to the Parris Island area!

Perfect stay

The house did not disappoint. Looks just like the pictures. We stayed for sons graduation from Parris Island which is just a short drive from the house. So it turned out to be a perfect location for us in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

Our stay was amazing. Loved the filtered water pitcher in the fridge… was a life saver. With tons of water bottles to fill up we didn’t have to stand at fridge for long periods of time. Location was great. Their options of where to dine in Welcome binder were spot on. Beds were very comfortable.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Our son graduated from Parris Island Marines and we were so close to the base we could hear taps being played in the evening. I would highly recommend this home if you are going to Parris Island for Marines graduation or visit.

Excellent Location and Propery

The Happy Place in Beaufort, SC is a beautifully decorated property located in a lovely area to explore. Our family especially enjoyed the Cypress Wetlands and Hunting Island Beaches. The restaurants, shops, and history museums of both Port Royal and Beaufort are exceptional. This vacation house is well-appointed with more necessary items supplied than we have been given at other rentals. This made us feel at home. We highly recommend The Happy Place to other vacationers.

Warm welcome from the start as you enter thru the gate. Interior is extremely clean & thoughtfully decorated/furnished. Love how it is nestled in a little village setting, restaurants in short walking distance a plus. Perfectly located to Parris Island we stayed for my son’s graduation and could not ask for a better place💖

Wonderful home….

Perfect home

We were here visiting for my Sons Marine graduation. It was a great location in a quaint town. Pictures were very accurate. Beds were comfortable Good places to eat near by. The home was very clean and cute. Home owner was great with communication. Would definitely recommend !!

Nice house in Port Royal

Cute and comfortable. It was very clean, but there is some white upholstery that has gotten dingy, which made it feel a little it hadn’t been cleaned. There is plenty of space. We went for my son’s graduation from PI, it’s very close to base.It isn’t really 4 BR the twin beds are in a loft area upstairs, which might impact privacy.

Elders trip to ( Gullah Fest)

"HAPPY PLACE" was beautiful, clean,and inviting. The location was great! We all loved our stay. We enjoyed the 2 bikes in the shed. The internet had bad reception on check in day. But it had stormed, so that may have caused the trouble. Keep in mind there are steps to get in the home and 1 bedroom is downstairs, all other beds are upstairs. (with the elders they took there time and we were fine) So, if you have problems with stairs it's something to .consider. Other than that very Lovely home. I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN. Thanks for shareing your BEAUTIFUL home with us.
