#214 Polynesian Villa

Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

Excellent location .5 miles away from pier park but far enough to where the beach wasnt crowded. Smaller sized condo but big enough for me and my wife to feel comfortable. Clean and quiet. Beach is right there. The sunsets were amazing.

They condo was just perfect. Close to Frank Brown Park for the concert, we were able to ride our electric scooters there in less than 10 min. Loved waking up to the gulf view. Would definitely stay there again!

Dream come true!

My husband and I stayed at this place for a few days and were so incredibly thrilled with it! The location is perfect-we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the ocean or proximity to it! Clean, quiet, and close to so many things in the area. We 100% will be staying here again.

It was exactly as it looked in the pictures! Very clean and up to date. We loved that it was right on the beach, and it was not that crowded it felt like a private beach :) We will 100% come back to this exact room the next time we want a beach trip!!

The apartment was great, roomy and clean. The A/C wasn't working, but after a quick text message, the owner came and fixed it. He was very responsive. The location is also very good.

Super nice condo

The condo was super nice !! Great location and up to date. No complaints. The hostess could have really knocked it out of the park if there were about 4 more nice fluffy pillows, more upscale blankets and throws and a few extra towels that weren’t thread bare. A little welcome pack of soap or dish cleaner and even just one extra garbage bag. Don’t get me wrong everything was fine but this would have made it a perfect 10. Had a great time 😎

Great beach week

This property is great if you enjoy quietly relaxing away from the crowded high-rise condos. Literally just steps away from the sand. Walking distance to many attractions. Very clean and well kept.
