About this property

Centrally located and close to everything!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a duplex.

Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a duplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is an upstairs unit in a duplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Great location and all the neighbors seemed very friendly. Had all the needed touches and essentials to make our stay a good one. The lower unit was not occupied for the most part while we were there. Great recommendations for the local area.We had two SUV s and the parking area had ample room for both.Would highly recommend renting, great for a couple looking to get away and relax

It was a very cute unit close to everything. It was advertised as a 1 bathroom but it only had one full bath. The shower liner was dirty and there was some rust on the finish of the bottom of the tub. The microwave had rust on the inside. These are all easy fixes. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. We really enjoyed using the beach chairs so that appreciated!
