About this property

Centrally located and close to everything!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a duplex.

Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a duplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is an upstairs unit in a duplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

Nice Little Beach Town House

The VRBO was perfect for what we needed—it was comfortable, conveniently located, and made our stay in Jacksonville Beach a breeze. Being close to local restaurants and easily accessible from the main roads made getting around simple and stress-free. We had a great time all around, especially while enjoying the excitement of the Players Championship.

No A/C the whole stay as the unit above you takes priority. The host had pool parties both nights which is conveniently located right in your backyard- blasting music with people shouting until 3am our first night, and until 12:30 our 2nd night. Couldn’t sleep since the windows had to be open from no A/C. Keep in mind we were here for a family funeral… Host also has a loud dog that barks like crazy nexdoor when they’re not home which lasted until 11pm.
