Large luxury home with most of the living space and 3 bedrooms on main level plus 1 upstairs bedroom/bath in main house. New (built 2022) 600 sq. ft. Also there’s a studio suite built over garage. Combined, this is a 5 bedroom/5 bath home. The studio over the garage can be accessed from both inside the main house, via a secure hallway, or via a separate exterior entrance.
4 bedroom main house can be rented for $995 night. Additional 5th bedroom suite is an additional $200/night. The studio is not rented separately if the main house is occupied.
Solar heated pool (warm in the summer only), hot tub, approx. 3500 sq. ft. home on a 9000 square foot lot.

Pool has a safety net that can be put in place for when young children are present.
Privacy and San Francisco bay views.
Great hiking trail (Mills Nature Canyon in Burlingame) just a few steps away and Skyline Dog Park a short walk.
Easy access to freeways and SFO. 15 miles south of San Francisco and close to BART and Caltrain for trips all over the Bay Area.
