The house has an amazing view of the ocean and has a great hangout spot in the living room/kitchen. We enjoyed walking around the state park and venturing out into the neighboring towns like Pacifica.

We were very pleased with this home. It was quite comfortable. We appreciated the binoculars to see the whales. Loved the view made possible by the huge living room windows. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Nice place

We stayed here with 5 of us, my husband and I, 21 yr old and 2 16 yr olds. Plenty of room but could use more seating in the living area. Loved being able to see whales every morning that it wasn’t too foggy. Location was easy to get to and from San Fran and Monterey. Garage was great to have access to because street parking would not be easy in this neighborhood. Found out during our stay that Daly City is pretty foggy during the summer months so keep this in mind. All in all a decent place to stay!

A sea view at a great value

I've stayed in downtown San Francisco many times for business, but traveling with my family, and spending several days exploring inside the city, I was keen for something further out to retreat to, and took a chance that this wouldn't be too far out for our trips into the city. It typically took us just 20 minutes to get to the city, and with five people, this was a significant bargain over hotel rooms or rentals in the city. Being able to park in the garage was a huge advantage, both for security and to stay out of the frequent fog. We enjoyed late-night Olympics watching from the large sectional, and played games at the large dining table. It's a great location for families, and the host was amazingly communicative and flexible.

We needed a place to stay while our house was being worked on and this place was perfect. It is exactly as described/pictured - and was very clean!Both cars fit in the garage, having laundry was fabulous and James was unbelievably great. He is so responsive and helpful, truly one of the nicest hosts we've worked with!We had our dogs and being so close to Fort Funston was just amazing. If you bring your dog be sure to go!
