Beach, golf, tennis, pools & restaurant all in Ocean Village, Hutchison Island

Enjoy our quiet, newly renovated first floor, beach and golf luxury condo located in Ocean Village, a private gated beachfront community, on south Hutchison Island in Fort Pierce, Florida. Our remodeled unit provides 1st floor access from our living room directly onto the community's private excutive 9-hole golf course on the 7th fairway. Our community provides over 3,500 feet of unspoiled beaches with 6 private beach entrances that are protected by beautiful dunes. This resort style community also offers heated pools, 10 lighted tennis courts, shuffle board courts, bocce ball, a basketball hoop, and a newly constructed fitness center with all new equipment. Construction of new pickleball courts is anticipated to be completely in 2025. Ping-pong tables are also available at our community's rec center.

Enjoy a meal or grab a drink at the Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill's new restaurant located in Ocean Village. Live music is often provided in the evenings.

Our private tiki bar and pool (residents and guests only) is scheduled to be completed the summer of 2025.

Daily activities and events, including the exercise class schedule, are listed on the community's private TV channel - Channel 901 for BlueStream Subscribers. Be sure to check it out daily.

Go fishing or take a stroll on the Fort Pierce Jetty - keep an eye out for the manatees and sea turtles that often swim next to the jetty! Restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bars, and a small local grocery store are also located directly on island.

You can also find boat and jet ski rentals as well as short-term boat rental space within 5 minutes of our condo!

Quaint downtown Fort Pierce is a short drive away providing shopping and restaurants of all types. Be sure to visit The Downtown Farmers' Market of Fort Pierce on Saturday mornings to purchase anything from fresh seafood to local arts.

We love Ocean Village. This unit was very nice, and we especially liked being on the first floor - close to parking and good view of 7th green. The owner was very responsive and fair; any questions we had were addressed immediately.

We are Shane and Michelle. We are both Florida natives - Michelle is a 6th generation native. We both love the "salt life". Shane is an avid golfer. We enjoy hosting and sharing our recommendations from our experiences with our guests. Our goal hosting is to provide our guests a wonderful vacation whether they choose to just relax or to be active in our community and surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

Ocean Village has so much to offer. Our guests can completely relax on the beach with beach chairs that we provide or lay poolside. Active guests can play golf, tennis, bocce ball, or basketball. Pickleball will be available in mid to late summer of 2025. Equipment is provided at the Ocean Village Clubhouse. Guests can workout in the community's new fitness center or attend a fitness class.

The Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill is located in our community. This new restaurant also has 2 separate bars with live music playing in the evenings.

Our newly constructed resort pool is scheduled to be completed mid to late summer 2025 along with the Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar will be open to residents and their guests only.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is a first floor unit that opens directly onto the golf course, specifically the 7th hole fairway.

We have renovated the unit providing new flooring, custom Zebra blinds, kitchen countertops and cabinets, bathroom fixtures, keyless entry, nest thermostat, customs closets, new linens, safe, and more.

We are a 3 minute walk to one of the community pools and a 5 minute walk to one of the six private beach entrances.
