The neighborhood was very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The host left a nice selection of a few Michigan-made snacks and treats—Sanders caramels were a standout. It was a thoughtful touch that we appreciated. We saw a surprising amount of wildlife during our stay, including several families of geese, a couple of turtles, a fox, and a groundhog. It added a unique and enjoyable element to the trip. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I would have needed to cook full meals—plenty of cookware, utensils, and basic supplies. It was easy to use and made the stay very convenient.
