The fall colors are amazing here as is the cottage and woods covered in a blanket of snow in the winter. There are many wineries in the chautauqua region to visit. The Chautauqua Institute and Chautauqua Lake are only a 25 minute scenic drive through the hills. There is golfing and fishing close by. There is ice fishing in the winter months and the cottage is located just off the main snowmobile trail for more winter fun.
