This spacious two bedroom home is outfitted in stylishly modern decor & has many large windows that provide lots of natural light. The space The house is newly remodeled, with hardwood floors & brand new furniture. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with electric stove, full fridge/freezer, granite countertops & a dining room table. Teapot & coffee maker & all new cooking/serving utensils. 75-inch flat screen TV with Netflix & Wi-Fi is included in living room. The master bedroom has a 55-inch smart tv as well. The private back yard has a playground for kids to enjoy. Parking spot in garage and can park two additional cars in tandem in driveway. Guest access The whole property is available for our guests to explore and enjoy during their travels. Other things to note Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $300)

The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper.
