Come be our guest at the Happy Pines Retreat! No effort has been spared to create an all inclusive experience that will have you wanting for nothing! The perfect base station for a trip to the lake, local hiking or weekend staycation. The large game room also provides hours of entertainment. Appreciate the cool crisp morning air, fresh scent of pines and local wildlife. Sip on a warm cup of coffee while rocking peacefully on the front porch and a night sky blanketed with beautiful stars!

Leave your worries behind and come enjoy a romantic retreat, a family adventure, or a fun friend getaway. This warm and inviting two ensuite bedroom cabin is furnished with queen beds adorned with plush linens to ensure a restful night of sleep. Also has a twin roll away bed for an additional 5th guest.

Stock up on groceries at the local market to whip up a tasty home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or take your culinary skills to the outside and fire up some steaks on the grill. Wine and dine together around the dining room table or stay outdoors and take in the cool mountain air.

Have energy to burn…Go Wild and challenge your friends or family to a game of darts, ping pong, or poker in the game room. Open the garage door and extend the fun to the outside with cornhole, bocce ball, or a game of ladders. Turn up the fun and connect your personal device to listen to your favorite tunes while you laugh and play the night away. End your evenings by a warm fire or on the patio with a glass of wine.

Need to get out and explore the great outdoors? There are endless adventures to be had right outside our door. Take a hike, ride a bike or trot through the pines. Rent a UTV or bring your own vehicle to travel the many OHV trails throughout the Apache-Sitegreaves National Forest. Gear up to go fishing or rent a kayak to take in the serene mountain lakes nearby. Spend an afternoon exploring and finding treasures at the unique local community shops. Discover the yummy local eateries for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Sip on some wine, beer, or coffee while listening to live music at the local hot spots.

What a wonderful escape!

The place was amazing for ourselves and our pets. Anything we needed was in the home. It was beautifully furnished and had lovely views. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely rent this property again!

Five Star Retreat

This was one of the very best vrbo "cabin" experiences ever! The home away from home was spotless, modern with functional appliances etc., friendly and quite neighbors, comfortable beds and excellent communication with home owners! And to boot, the amazing thought out game room was a huge bonus to a rental where it is apparent the owners care about people and not just bringing in a buck. We loved loved our stay!!!

Long Weekend in the Pines

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our family of four and we got to bring our dog so even better. We had fun playing ping pong, darts, and relaxing in backyard hammock. We met a few neighbors who helped us with a car issue and couldn’t have been nicer. Overall great place and would highly recommend!!

What a beautiful cabin!

We had such a great time and the cabin was even better than we anticipated. It was beautifully decorated and felt cozy. It was fully stocked with dishes and cookware plus complimentary snacks and drinks. We cut our Christmas tree for the year and spent time with family. We will definitely book again and bring our grandkids so they can enjoy the game room!! Thank you so much for allowing us to create special memories.

One word: Thoughtful. My husband and I (with our two dogs) came to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, we found the cabin clean and inviting. Everything we needed was there - from fresh, clean linens to treats for us and our pets! The wrap-around porch was a delight to watch the sunset from (ample seating). The backyard had an amazing hammock that helped to continue our peace and serenity felt by being at this cabin. The game room had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. No need to find entertainment elsewhere!! Communication with Jillian was excellent and prompt. You could tell it was important to her that we felt welcome and wanted to make sure our stay was everything we wanted from it. Then to top it off, the cabin was tastefully decorated for Halloween! What a nice surprise. I just can’t say enough about this cabin. AMAZING! Thank you so much! We’ll be back!
