Relax with the whole family at this peaceful private farm home. Watch the sunset over the Ozark Hills. Enjoy the spacious deck with plenty of room to dine. Cozy up after a day exploring the scenic area attractions around the toasty fire pit or soak in the hot tub!

A well stocked kitchen will ensure dining-in will be a breeze! Three king beds and one queen will give you room to stretch! The long paved private drive is a great place for kids to bike or roller blade. There is a main floor bathroom with tub/shower and lower level bathroom with a walk in shower. In the summer we have an outdoor TV on the covered porch.

Please note-any plans to invite visitors must be approved by the homeowner and not to exceed the max guest occupancy of 8 during your stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Take all trash to dumpster located in front of brown shop/barn
Leave top comforter, pillows which match top comforter and mattress protector on the bed.
Take all opened food items and bags of ice out of refrigerator. May leave unopened drinks and condiments.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered guests only. Visitors may be added to reservation, as long as the total does not exceed 8. Must message host for approval.
