Just 2 miles away you will be in the heart of Tahoe City where you will find many great dining options, fun shops to walk, grocery stores and any other necessities you may need. Being in such a great location you also have 3 major Tahoe resorts close by with many fun summer and winter activities.
Spend quiet mornings and warm evenings on the wraparound deck with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink in hand and enjoy breathing in the fresh mountain air. After a long day out, at the beach or on the mountain you may want to sit back and relax in the private hot tub. This home has two full kitchens and plenty of comfortable space for all guests. On the first level of this home you will find one of the four bedrooms with a queen bed, on the second level will be the three remaining bedrooms and a bonus room with bed arrangements as well. This large home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees giving you a lovely forest vibe. Overall this home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Location: While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (18 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Palisades Tahoe (9 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful sandy lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note: * Renters must be 25+ * This is a non-smoking home. * Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults. * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use! * Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great location near lake and multiple ski resorts. Walking distance to local restaurants and market. Comfortable & spacious home with Great amenities. Highly recommend, and will be back.
Great location and perfect for a weekend getaway for a large group. We did find a few hairs on the sheets but overall the experience was pleasant and relaxing.
Spacious home for extended family, close to ski runs, as well as restaurants and stores. I will definitely book again.

Excellent house - plenty of bedrooms and also nice common areas including a separate TV and recreation room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice location close to Tahoe City and not far from Palisades.
Great house for 9 pp. Very Cozy, kitchen very well equipped, good parking. Plenty of linens, towels, sofas and chairs.Binder provided was very complete in explaining any questions we had. One thing that should be resolved is the lack of front door lighting. Only one light of 4 were working all week, making the snowy entrance a little precarious for elders in the dark. The PM came out to trouble shoot , but to no avail. After all, it was Christmas, so we did not pursue the electrician promised. Also the toaster was not functioning and coffee maker not the greatest. Minor details only mentioned because you asked. We had wonderful white Christmas. Thank you all!

This home is in a perfect location - walking distance to the lake and short drive to Tahoe City. The grounds are beautiful. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. We easily had 5 cars parked on the property.The house itself is nice and we enjoyed the two living rooms downstairs. The furniture is very dated and mismatched, and some of it needs to be replaced. The beds in the bunkbed room are very uncomfortable and our friends chose to sleep on the couches instead. The laundry is in a bedroom; that is a bit awkward.There were 10 of us and the house only had 9 bath towels. I texted the property management company and they never did anything about that. We used the hot tub towels, after washing them, because they were very musty. Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags were very limited. We were brought more, after we requested it. Not sure why the house isn't just stocked with these basic supplies.The pellet smoker pictured in the ad is not for guests to use (it is there but locked up). We had a plan to smoke a brisket, based on the picture of the smoker, but had to change our plans when we found out it's not really for guests to use. There is a very basic propane BBQ (w/propane) for guests to use. Pictures should be more accurate.The kitchen has every dish/pot/pan/appliance/utensil you will need. There are absolutely no seasonings (other than S&P) or condiments. Bring everything with you.The hot tub is in a closed room and is not inviting. The rooms smells moldy and the hot tub water was slightly green. Don't rent this home for the hot tub.Overall a decent rental but for the price needs a little attention/improvement.
We went for a short weekend ski trip. Here are some things you should be aware of if booking this home. Location is not bad as it is 5-10 minutes from groceries and restaurants. The house is a dead zone for anyone with cellphone service so beware before you book if you need to use your phone. I have stayed in many vacation homes and I have not seen one that has had such little with regards to hygiene/amenities provided. You will need to bring your own products including facial tissues, body wash, etc. One towel per person for the entire stay and a small bar of soap, one ply toilet paper. One of the rooms has the washer and dryer in the room next to the beds. If you have children, that may not be something you want. Kitchen is well stocked for pots/pans and dishes, but no real extra spices/condiments. They do have games. The house can get pretty cold. Beware of electric bear fence around the perimeter, yes you can turn it off but since we have children, it was somewhat of a concern when we arrived.

Pros:-Great location, close to Sunnyside marina, West Shore Market, and the bike path-Well stocked kitchen tools and appliances, good ice maker in the refrigerator-Garage clicker available to tenants Cons:-Weird floor plan, lots of small rooms and strange flow-BBQ is old and rusty and doesn't work well-No carpet, all wood floors, house echos a lot-Campground behind the house is noisy at night with campfires going-Narrow deck, no real outdoor patio for groups to gather-Hot tub is in a stuffy room-House and furniture show a lot of age, the bunk beds were not safe for our kids to useOverall we enjoyed our 2 weeks in this house but we would not rent it again. The floor plan is not ideal even if the location is great.

Overall the rental was spacious and well equipped. Tahoe Rental Company was very communicative when we had any questions or concerns. I think the only thing that can be adjust is the layout of the living areas - due to the large space it felt underutilized. We still fit, just could be somewhat helpful for being able to host the proper amount of guests which are listed. :) Looking forward to our next visit already!
