About this property
Great Group Getaway: Games Galore + Outdoor Oasis
Summary:
With three floors, two upstairs wings, multiple game rooms, + an outdoor oasis, this 80's home with modern renovations is the epitome of a group getaway retreat, sleeping 16! Whether you're at the basement bar playing pop-a-shot/air hockey/ping-pong, at the upstairs bar in the billiard room playing pool, sitting by the firepit, or lounging on a comfy bed or couch, you're guaranteed to be relaxed and having fun!
The Space:
Sitting on over 2 acres, this 5,000 sq ft, this home boasts 7 bedrooms with 11 beds (and one crib), 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and multiple living spaces. There is plenty of parking within the three car garage, parking pad and long driveway. The driveway also features a basketball hoop (basketballs in the garage). Immediately upon entering the home, you'll be greeted with the family room, billiard room, and wrap around bar leading into the updated kitchen. The family room features skylights, a large TV and shared fireplace with the billiard room. The billiard room has a pool table, game table and several board games. The dine-in kitchen features new appliances and everything you would need to create a gourmet meal. There is both seating in the kitchen and in the formal dining room off the kitchen. Down the hall from then kitchen, there are two bedrooms (one queen, one king) with expansive closets and a full bathroom with tub shower. A bedroom with a twin bed and crib is at the end of the hallway. The laundry facilities are in the closet of this bedroom. Attached is the expansive master bedroom, featuring a large king bed, large TV, treadmill, and fireplace.
There are two upstairs wings. Above the master bedroom is a queen bedroom and king bedroom with a full bathroom (tub shower) in between. The other upstairs wing has a large bedroom with 5 twin beds, a full bathroom (tub shower) and hang-out room for gaming or watching TV. There is also a vanity in the hallway.
The basement is the ultimate newly-rennovated gameroom! The big screen TV and comfortable couch create the ideal setting for a movie night. While the games, pop-a-shot, air hockey and ping pong, create a space for healthy competition. The 6-seater bar with party lighting completes the basement.
The backyard features two fire areas, a pit in the backyard and a fireable on the deck. There is ample space on the desk with a dining set. There's also a set of swings for kids to enjoy.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a code within 48 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. They also have access to 3 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the parking pad and 2 more in the driveway. Neighboring houses are nearby. Please be respectful of neighboring property.
The Neighborhood:

The city square, tree lined neighborhoods, access to the Grand River and Lake Erie and educational, cultural and religious organizations offer everything necessary for quality living. Residents and businesses of the City of Painesville take great pride in being the County Seat and the center of one of the fastest growing areas in Lake County. The City of Painesville Ranks #3 In The Top 10 Best Cleveland Suburbs For Young Professionals!
