Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds University Hospitals Geauga Campus, and just a few miles away from Amish country.

This brand-new smoke-free fully furnished studio apartment is on the top floor of our maple syrup sugarhouse with a gorgeous second floor deck perfect for your morning coffee or to grill out at night.

During sugar season (January through March), come on downstairs for front row seats to watch and/or participate in the making of our award-winning certified organic maple syrup.

This apartment is newly completed with an inviting kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and comfy living room with a large flat screen television.

While visiting, take a walk around our 6.5 acre farm.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was our second stay at this wonderful location. The sugar house is located convenient to the town of Burton with restaurants and activities close by. The drive to Cleveland is easy and provides even more to do and see. We stayed during the local maple syrup festival and were able to participate in the farm’s pancake breakfasts all weekend. It was a great experience and we will be booking a stay here again.

The Apple Butter Festival was happening in town (very close by) and the two restaurants we went to were good/great. JC’s Restaurant (dinner) and Coffee Corner (breakfast). What a happening little town! We loved it!
