This basement apartment has two bedrooms – each with an en-suite bathroom – that open up into a compact, yet cozy living area with a small kitchenette and courtyard. The rooms are cool and quiet and offer respite from the relentless sun and heat of Naxian summers. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people comfortably.

The location
Casa Lùca is located in the beating heart of Agios Prokopios town. Within less than a 5-minute walking radius you can find the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a gym, car rentals, etc. There is no need to rent a car, as the property is less than a minute’s walk to a taxi stand as well as the bus stop, where you can catch a local bus to the main town or to beaches further south such as Agia Anna and Plaka.

Unbeatable location just steps from the beach! This is a gorgeous, brand new apartment located literally a one minute walk from Agios Prokopios Beach. The property is super comfortable, though it is on the compact side. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a decent size, but the living area is very small, so we did feel a bit on top of each other at times. However, since we spent most of our days at the beach, exploring Naxos, and eating at great local restaurants, the space suited us just fine. Communication with the hosts was incredibly easy, and they quickly dropped off extra towels and supplies whenever needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The water pressure wasn't amazing, but that seems to be standard for the island. The location is easily the best feature of this property highly recommended for beach lovers!
