What are they using the Cleaning fee for?

Upon arrival, there was a musty smell to the location, and there was something sticky that was splattered on the wall. We went to make coffee and there was moldy coffee grounds in the maker. The toilet in the back room was not bolted down. There were no smoke detectors or co2 detectors. There were dirty dishes with caked on burnt food stuck to them. The main bedroom was missing a door knob.
