East Memphis 3dr/2br home central to everything, located in the heart of East Memphis (Downtown East Memphis) and walkable to Memphis staples Gibson's Donuts and Gus's Fried Chicken along with many other great Memphis restaurants from upscale to classic bars and everything in between.

Great for short and long term stays. Very close to grocers Whole Foods, Kroger, and Sprouts.
Comfortable, cozy, and stocked to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Other Things to Note:
This home is very close to a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits.

Memphis in May BBQ Cooking Contest stay

Needed a place for my barbecue team to stay for Memphis Bay world championship barbecue contest. This was an excellent neighborhood. Great house great !
