Great space for my family and I. Spacious layout to suit everyone. Clean linens and towels. Not pictured- backyard with table and grill use. All you need if you are cooking. Great appliances. Great parking and safe neighborhoodOnly complaint is one of the bathrooms filled up quite quickly while showering. I would definitively visit again!

Great square footage for 12 people, very spacious.

This was the perfect location for 12 people to gather and celebrate our Sons Wedding Celebration. The communication with the host, ease of location and renovated location was beyond comfortable. We will use this location again when we go back to enjoy our new NYC Bronx Family members.

Would definitely book again!

The place was great! It fit all of us comfortably. The only difference is that there was only 4 rooms, not 5. The 5th room was the living room with a big comfortable couch so I did not mind. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Great Westchester stay

We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.

Overall good. There was a cat smell in the main bedroom closet. Also there were no face clothes. We had to buy some. It was great having separate air conditioning in each room. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.

Large space for family

Very nice place for a big family! There are two spacious living rooms, which was great for everyone to hang out and relax. The parking space is large, which made things super easy for us. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the train station, so getting to the city was no problem at all.The house has an older style, but for the price, it’s still a great deal. It was comfortable, functional, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for space and convenience on a budget.

Big space!

This was a great space for a large group (6) and provided many common areas for gathering and spending time together. The host was super responsive and even checked in during our stay. Our biggest complaint is that for the price of the property it was not as clean as we would have liked. A couple of the towels had stains. The walls and doors needed to be washed and the front & back of the house was not well kept. Overall, this property served its purpose, but could use a good clean.
