Awesome place

The hosts Kevin and Betty are very welcoming and helpful.The VRBO is beautifully furnished and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Awesome place!

Very nice apartment on 2nd floor. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. Host was so easy to work with. It is close to Gulf Beaches in Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice Beach. Plus close to a couple spring training MLB parks. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here

This apartment is located in a quiet subdivision, close to public docks and beach.The owners are very nice and personable. We would stay here again.

Amazing property

We did not use the owners pool mainly due to the cold weather. We also felt like we may intrude upon their space.The living space was well appointed and comfy!

Amazing stay

Kevin and Betty, you are amazing hosts who treated us like friends from the start. Your place is beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and located so centrally to everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment is decorated beautifully and you thought of everything travelers may need that we couldn't pack in our suitcase, right down to net bags for shell hunting. We hope to visit again. Perfect Winter Get-A-Way apartment

My wife and I have stayed in multiple locations in FL using VRBO. We especially enjoy the beaches and water on the Gulf coast. This time we found a wonderful apartment well situated close to many beaches, restaurants, shops, and in a quiet neighborhood offering nice walking paths. We also enjoy playing golf and pickleball. This location offered courts nearby where we met new friends and played at least 3X each week. Our hosts were able to point out a number of golf courses. I appreciate the effort our host made to include me in with his local golf league where I enjoyed many good times on the links. We stayed in this apartment for a month and were so satisfied with the hosts and location that we have decided to come back again next year. We were able to use the host’s lanai and pool as well as the gas grill most evenings. We highly recommend this property and commend the hosts for making our stay very special. We came as strangers but left as good friends. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay! Betty & Dennis were wonderful hosts and took extra steps to make our stay enjoyable. Location is perfect, close to everything & quiet. Would go out of my way to stay at their rental again when I’m in the Port Charlotte area!
