We just remodeled our winter home in the quiet town of Port Charlotte. Our enclosed pool area is complete with a seating area and is accessible from the two main bedrooms, kitchen, and guest bathroom. Fully furnished, the house includes non-perishable food (while supplies last) and all the creature comforts of home. You don't have to worry about elevator noises, loud guests in the room next door, or housekeepers interrupting your afternoon nap!

All large events (parties of any sort) must be approved in advance.
Primary renter legally assumes all responsibility for loss of life, damage to property, guest injuries, and/or any other issue that arises to/on the property in relationship to the renter's event.
