Gorgeous, Clean House, No Direct Beach Access

First off, this house was updated, beautiful and clean. We loved this house! The house itself gets 5-stars! The pool was right around the corner and that was nice! The Big Chill was less than impressive with mediocre food at best. No problem, lots of great restaurants nearby! The beach is a short drive on the golf cart. The state park beach is just a few minutes away, though a long boardwalk that was exhausting for my parents. Inlet beach was about a 20 minute drive but was less crowded with a shorter walk to beach from the parking area. It was frustrating that there was beach access for Prominence homeowners just a few steps from the house that guests aren't' allowed to use, but it is what it is. That was our only complaint. Overall, great place to stay and great location.

Thank you for your review, Lisa. We're pleased to hear you loved the updated and clean house, as well as the convenient pool. Prominence owners have the same beach access as guests. If you were referring to the Watersound community beach access, it is private with a separate HOA. We recommend the Deer Lake State Park access, which is a little over half a mile away and a short golf cart ride. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!
