Cute house

Booked because we asked if we could check in at noon and owner agreed. The day we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until after 1pm. Took cold showers for several days. There was a problem with ants and no seeums. Took several messages when the bug issue was mentioned it was dismissed. about the water .

Needs working AC

AC did not keep up with early April heat, would climb above 75 during the day when set on 68. Had to open windows and doors on cool nights to bring it down.

Nice home.

This spacious home is convenient to shopping and attractions. The beach isn’t too far and the host supplies towels and coolers as an amenity. The kitchen is well-supplied with dishes, cooking items and a good choice of spices. There was no toaster, but I knew that ahead of time and took my own. The queen bed is comfy with a tv in the bedroom and another in the living room. Lots of books to peruse if you’re looking for something to read. We will seriously consider staying here again if we’re in the area.

Cozy Vero Beach House

We had an excellent time staying and being so close to the beach! The grill and back porch were fantastic as well as all the amenities provided. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to drive around as well, close to the city shops too!
