This house was perfect. It's in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, in walking distance to a small beach and a walking trail that is easy for young kids and dogs.There was plenty of space for our family to spread out when they wanted time for themselves and come together for a meal. A game room in the basement was also great in the evenings for the kids to hangout play games or watch movies, while the adults could relax upstairs watching a movie or just enjoy adult conversations . Overall we loved our stay and would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is very nice. Within the neighborhood/association - We played tennis and enjoyed walking the neighborhood and Eagle Pond Trail. Dowses beach (beautiful) was a short drive and we really appreciated having a free parking pass for this resident only beach.The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Take your time to open kitchen cabinets / pantry next to the laundry to get a good grasp on all the cookware. the outdoor kitchen / furniture was a treat. Would recommend!

Excellent property, outstanding week

This house is great - beautiful, spacious and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the outside area. The owners really thought of everything guests might want. We made good use of the offerings, including the "fitness room." The surrounding area is beautiful and the association beach is quiet and lovely. Lots of great walks around the neighborhood. The area has many restaurants to choose from. This was our first time at this part of the Cape and the area and especially the house more than met our expectations. The hosts were super-helpful.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Rachel, was very responsive to any questions I had before and after arriving at the property. The house had everything we needed and more and everything was very clean, well organized, and easy to find. It was nice that they provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon among other things which made our packing for the trip easier. The foosball table, ping-pong table and darts in the basement and the swimming pool and cornhole in the backyard were great for family fun time. The nearby walking trails and Pickleball/tennis courts provided even more fun options. Our favorite beach was an easy 15 minute drive from the house. I would definitely recommend this property to other families and I would stay here again with my family. Thank you, Rachel for being a great host!
