Spend your summer soaking up the sun (June–September) by the private pool, fire up the grill on the patio, and gather around for those easy, laughter-filled evenings that somehow become the best memories. When the sun dips, head to the lower level just off the pool patio for a little friendly competition at the pool table.

Tucked in the beautiful Cummaquid Golf Course neighborhood, you’re just minutes from charming Barnstable Village, gorgeous beaches, and the shops and restaurants of Hyannis Main Street.

My family loved this home. We can’t wait to go back. I have 3 young children and they were occupied with toys, beautiful pool and swing set the entire time. The home is spacious and clean. The pool area made for great memories and relaxation. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are perfect size. My children loved the bunk beds. Host was very kind and responsive. We hope to be back as soon as we can!

Home was as described. Very clean and well stocked. The outside pool area was nice and private. Sadly we only swam for a few hours one afternoon due to the cool weather. The location was good. It was a short drive to the beach, market, restaurants, ferry and Hyannis. Ashley was excellent with communicating always responding quickly to any questions before and during our stay. Check in and check out was easy. We had a great time! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
