We take all complaints with very high regard and do our best to ensure that this home is looking it's best for every guest arrival. This is a very popular vacation rental and well loved by many! We will be professionally cleaning the carpets to ensure that they are looking great for future guests. We understand the importance of great looking carpets! Big Bear has many pine trees and they produce pollen. We do our best to ensure that our outside area is pollen free. Thanks for the reminder for future guests!

Our goal is to EXCEED your expectations and we are sincerely sorry to hear that this was not your experience during your stay "Maybe had it been less expensive, I would not have even written a review" is disappointing to hear. We are sorry to hear that this home was lacked our standard professional cleaning. We have since done a thorough walk through of this home and ensured that the extra cleaning has occurred and that the kitchen cookware is looking exceptional for future guests and that gameroom is working well. PLEASE ALSO know that when guests reserve a home through a 3rd party platform like Airbnb, VRBO and , there is up to a 25% service fee that that 3rd party platform charges you, increasing the price even more and also increasing your expectations as you mentioned. We do our best to provide fair market prices for our homes. This very large, 15 person home is in great demand for the holidays and prices are indeed higher than non peak dates and even higher when guests do not book directly on our website.
