Brand new spacious home with upscale furnishings is perfect for 3 couples or a family getaway.

This 3BR/2BA home was newly built in 2023 and features an open kitchen built for entertaining; a large primary bedroom with king bed, bath tub, and shower; and a back patio with fire pit and limited lake view. The split-floorplan second and third bedrooms each have full beds and share a full bath.

The location is 1-block from Lake Dora which provides a nice breeze year round.

The space
High ceilings provide a spacious and luxurious feel as soon as you enter.

Fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, pots and pans.

Open floor plan features kitchen with an island adjacent to dining and living rooms. 80 inch Smart TV for the game or movies viewable from anywhere in the living area. Reading book perfect for your morning coffee or to relax with a book.

There is a washer and dryer available, a large garage, central AC, fast WiFi, smart TV, and digital lock system with your own personal entry code.

The TV's have all the smart apps (LG Channels, Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, etc) for your streaming pleasure.

This is a pet-free and non-smoking property. We recognize that many people have sensitivities and our place provides easy breathing!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.

Please be considerate of the resident neighbors. Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
No parking is allowed on the street in front of the house. Parking is limited to 3 cars.

Mt. Dora strictly enforces the 25 mph speed limits so please drive safely!

This home is located right between Mt. Dora and Tavares (the seaplane capital of Florida) with quick access to Eustis.
