Brand new spacious home with upscale furnishings is perfect for 3 couples or a family getaway.

This 3BR/2BA home was newly built in 2023 and features an open kitchen built for entertaining; a large primary bedroom with king bed, bath tub, and shower; and a back patio with fire pit and limited lake view. The split-floorplan second and third bedrooms each have full beds and share a full bath.

The location is 1-block from Lake Dora which provides a nice breeze year round.

The space
High ceilings provide a spacious and luxurious feel as soon as you enter.

Fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, pots and pans.

Open floor plan features kitchen with an island adjacent to dining and living rooms. 80 inch Smart TV for the game or movies viewable from anywhere in the living area. Reading book perfect for your morning coffee or to relax with a book.

There is a washer and dryer available, a large garage, central AC, fast WiFi, smart TV, and digital lock system with your own personal entry code.

The TV's have all the smart apps (LG Channels, Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, etc) for your streaming pleasure.

This is a pet-free and non-smoking property. We recognize that many people have sensitivities and our place provides easy breathing!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.

Please be considerate of the resident neighbors. Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
No parking is allowed on the street in front of the house. Parking is limited to 3 cars.

Mt. Dora strictly enforces the 25 mph speed limits so please drive safely!

Best of both worlds

This was one of the best home on the block. Newly constructed, well kept, cute little home. My son and I loved the Mount Dora area. We could see the lake Dora from the backyard. I would stay here again.

Clean house. Great communication. May sound silly but I especially loved and appreciated that we didn't have to do all the chores before checkout. It made for a nice, easy, early departure without having to get up extra early to do the strip the beds, start the wash, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

Heart filled home

We had a lovely weekend stay in this darling house. Great care was taken in providing the necessities for a comfortable experience. The host went out of his way to make sure our visit was all we hoped for and more. I would highly recommend this heart filled home to anyone staying in Mt. Dora. Jennie

Wonderful 2 week visit

The home was beautiful with a lot of amenities that we hadn’t had in other VRBO’s. Communication with Peter was great. The back patio looked so inviting but due to the unusual coolness, we were unable to enjoy it. Thanks.

Property clean and nice but the beds were not comfortable and shower head very high and could not afjust. I used a paper cup and filled up to rinse. A handheld would help a lot. Good location.

Floors Dirty and barn door off hinges when we arrived. The barn door issue was resolved. The property is a new home about a year old but it needs tlc already around the outdoors. Also they really should fumigate the inside of the home - often had pretty big spiders (and I am from south Florida) hanging with me in the shower and I even had to kill a few for fear of getting bit. Had too many encounters. The home was nice and I wish they manicured the yard grass and premises better to enjoy the shaded areas outdoors. Neighbors are super nice. Overall a nice stay but I would not repeat a stay here. Beds and bedding were good. They need to check the memory foam in the master - falling off. Kitchen minimally stocked but appliances are new. There was a blind mosquito issue they cannot help because its mother nature and lake Dora. It wasn't as bad as it initially looked poor things die after a day. Thankful for the stay.
