This was the perfect location for us. Close to the subway and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and the 911 Memorial. Roomy accommodations, comfortable, quiet, host very available. It checked all the boxes!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our condo. It was perfect in terms of size, comfort, cleanliness and location. The building is new and the rooftop pool and lounge areas are fabulous. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and transportation options including subway stops. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

The apartment is located in FiDi of NYC with very close access to the subway. There is a Whole Foods nearby, which was nice, and the area felt very safe. It is a business area for sure, so we had to walk a bit to find restaurants and coffee and such. The apartment pictures looked as it is on VRBO. The beds were comfortable and we did not feel like there was a lot of street noise. We do wish they had a few more basics such as hand towels in the bathrooms, paper towels by the sink, soap for the shower, and a manual for the apartment with instructions for the apartment, the area and such. But overall, it was a great stay and no complaints.

I gave this stay 4 out of 5 stars. A couple of hours before our scheduled check in, I received a call letting us know that the original place we booked had experienced a burst pipe. While that was obviously unexpected, the team was quick to offer an alternate property that they said was more spacious and could still accommodate our group.Overall, the replacement worked well for our needs and the location was great. We were able to walk to many places nearby, which made the stay very convenient.That said, it seemed like the alternate unit may not have been fully prepared before our arrival. The cleanliness could have been better, and the back door leading to the staircase was not locking properly when we arrived. Maintenance had to come out to fix it, which caused a bit of a delay and disrupted some plans we already had scheduled.Even with those hiccups, I appreciate that the team worked to accommodate us on short notice after the issue with the original booking. Situations like that are sometimes outside everyone’s control. My only suggestion would be that when guests are moved to a different unit, it would be helpful to do a thorough walkthrough beforehand to ensure everything is clean and fully ready.Overall, it was still a good stay, and we appreciated the effort to make alternate arrangements.
