PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $250. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

I’ve stayed at this location for several work trips. It’s in a central area of the city, the unit is clean and modern, Shawn and Kathryn are great hosts who are communicative and responsive
This downtown apartment is in a perfect location for seeing the sights of SLC. It is wonderfully clean, very well appointed, fully stocked with everything you need and most comfortable. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. What a great find! We loved it!
Such a great spot in SLC! Has all of the amenities you would desire in a rental, easy check in/out, convenient parking, very clean! I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area and highly recommend!
Very clean nice property. It was a great location, close to downtown with lots of things to do. Hosts were responsive and made sure we had all we needed for our stay.
Kathryn and Shawn were great in communicating to make the check-in process and well understood. The location downtown is central to everything and easy walking distance to the gym, grocery, restaurants and shopping. Modern, clean condo in a nice building as well with everything needed for a week stay

Just what we were looking for. Clean, nicely appointed decor and kitchen utensils, and a really big TV. Less than a block to our daughter's condo and easy walking to all kinds of shopping. Also, walking distance to over 30 restaurants, entertainment venues, and bar lounges. The Blocks is the hippest part of downtown Salt Lake City. Very quiet interior, good security system and adequate parking a block to the north of the apartment.
Our second stay at The Randi condos was perfect. The location is great for exploring the Central City area. During our first stay the icemaker was broken, but it was repaired before our second visit. We appreciate the quick response by the owner. Although the condo is located on a busy street, it was very quiet and we slept well. The owners put together a Manual for renters that explained how to enter the unit, how to park our car for no fee and how to leave the unit at the end of our stay. We have booked it for a third stay in August.

Truthfully I picked this spot because of the beautiful church view from the bed not to mention the gorgeous snow covered mountains everything else was a bonus. The rooftop was stunning I even enjoyed a little party complete with DJ thanks to the welcoming neighbors, I worked in the lobby one day just because the space was so inviting! The location is wonderful you are downtown, but not in the middle of the shopping centers walking distance to everything you could want and I felt completely safe walking through the neighborhood at night. The host provided all of the basic amenities and the check out list was short parking was convenient I will definitely be back!

A cozy space right in the middle of the vibrant "Blocks" section of the Central City. Walk to literally dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. This property offers a safe, covered and secure parking area one-half a block away. One block to the south is a Trax stop for easy access to the University of Utah Rice Eccles football stadium. The owners are responsive and patient and the property has been 100% deep cleaned for each of our stays. The unit is well insulated and very quiet day and night. Your neighbors are young professionals and are very courteous.
