This beautifully completely remodeled condo features a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, filtered water, ceramic tile flooring, two terraces with ocean views, pull out couch and parota woodwork. It's an impressive unit that makes a great vacation destination!Villas Santa Barbara has a rooftop terrace, kitchen and pool. Front of building with a common area parking. This building has two entrances - one next to the highway and one below allowing access to the beach. King size bed! Less than a 3 minute walk down to the beach and minutes to the Romantic Zone. No elevator and there are steps to enter into condo and down to beach! Come and enjoy our space!

Thank you Rick your condo is a fantastic place. We truly enjoyed our stay. This is a great location for you to enjoy all that you want to in the Romantic zone, and all surrounding areas. The condo is perfectly equipped for whatever you may want and the host is easily reached if you have any questions..Super responsive. We would recommend anyone to stay here and are looking forward to a return.....already miss the place

We had the most wonderful long-term stay here! From location to amenities, this is a wonderful property with excellent services.The property is immaculately maintained and the upkeep is extraordinary -- the on-site team keeps it clean, fresh, and they willl bend over backwards to provide anything you need. I recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to enjoy a stay in PV.The owner is a perfect host and there was nothing we could have asked for that was not already included in the unit. They have thought of every detail and we were impressed with the thoughtful inclusion of the tiniest things -- including spare batteries for the TV remotes!5 Stars!
