Perfection! Beautiful fully remodeled cottage w/AC, view, and steps to the sand!

This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, bright and breezy cottage embodies all the best of being at the beach wrapped up in an elegant shabby-chic design.

Every detail has been addressed to ensure a delightful stay.

Open plan gourmet kitchen, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances.

Two queen size bedrooms. The bunk room is custom built in cedar and has its own 40' TV for the kids. The beds are a particular treat with 600 thread count white linens, exquisite mattresses and down and feather duvets and pillows.

The living/dinig area features a stone fireplace over which is a 50' flat screen TV with cable and complimentary YouTubeTV.

There are ceiling fans in every room.

The subway tiled bath room has the original refinished cast iron claw foot tub and custom antique vanity.

Separate laundry room with full size washer / dryer and second restroom.

Single garage (186 inches x 106 inches)

LAST BUT NOT LEAST…….The front porch is the perfect place for morning coffees and afternoon cocktails :) ….. is decked and beautifully fenced with custom dimmer controlled lanterns.
The cottage is located on the sunny side of the court (south facing) so the porch will always be sunny.

Propane bbq and patio furniture.

Within a stones throw there are the coolest cafes, coffee shops breakfast spots and restaurants. Olive Cafe, Better Buzz Coffee, And The Mission to name but a few within a hundred yards.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes you use during your stay. A few coffee cups are no problem, but please do not leave a full meal’s worth of dishes for our cleaners to handle.
Leave all used linens on the beds (This helps us spot any stains that need treatment)
Start a load of towels/bathmat in the washer (This small step makes a big difference!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

From check in to check out we had the best stay for our little weekend girls trip getaway..! Communication was on point with Molly the whole time we stayed! The place is decorated so beautifully and has everything you need for the best stay! Perfect location to enjoy the beach or the bay. We were able to walk to some amazing restaurants and shops! Everyone is so kind and neighborly! Just a great place and well worth staying at this VRBO you won't be disappointed! :)

Great Property

This property is well located, clean and excellent communication with owner. I would absolutely book this location again. We had 4 adults and two kids and the space worked very well. Proximity to beach is excellent. It was very quiet in the evening and the airflow was great with the windows cracked.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay at the property. Our family enjoyed walking to Olives bakery in the morning, grabbing treats, and watching the waves by the ocean. We appreciated all of the sand toys as well! You can’t beat the location and we’d highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had the best time at this rental. We loved being steps away from the beach. Some highlights included- using all of the beach things the host provided ( it was one less thing I had to think to pack so thank you ), having a playground and sports facilities nearby, walking distance to Belmont Park, the ocean, and yummy food, we loved having a designated parking space, the front porch was delightful, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The size of property was perfect for our family of 5. San Diego is one of our favorite places, and we will be booking again if we come back.

I was born in England and Ivey, my husband in South Africa. We moved to The States 25 years ago and have called it home ever since,. We live in Solana Beach, have two children of 23 and 19 and an oldJack Russell Terrier.
We love outdoor sports/activities adventure and travel and combine all on trips as often as possible.
We have two other vacation rental 379170 and 497367 which we also completely remodeled. I love the whole process from demo through to interior decor and am hands on at every stage. I hope it shows how much thought I put into you having the perfect place to stay while visiting Mission Beach.
