Upon entry, be greeted by a light and airy living area with a spacious floor plan. You are bound to feel instantly at home when you walk through the front door! Enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up on a good book in the front seating area. Family movie night has never felt so cozy until you're surrounded by the warmth and ambiance of the indoor fireplace and large TV.

With 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this private oasis has plenty of room for the entire family. Located in one of the most popular Palm Springs areas, this home is a true gem. Whether you feel like staying in, or exploring the desert, this is the perfect home base.

*1 65" TV in the Living Room where you can access Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, etc. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the home/unit
*Games and books provided for additional entertainment: Corn Hole, Jumbo Jenga, Croquet, Cards, Catan, Backgammon, Chess)

KITCHEN AND DINING:
*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes Utensils, Kettle
*Dining area seats 6-8

UTILITIES:
*Central Heating and A/C controlled by Nest Thermostat
*Ceiling fan in living room, master bedroom, and guest bedrooms are available
*Washer and Dryer available for your convenience
*Guests won’t be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.

*Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

NO music outdoors at any time (this is an ordinance for all of Palm Springs, not our rule)
NO smoking inside or outside the house
NO glass bottles or glassware outside — please use the Acrylic cups outside. This is for your safety.

Umbrellas must be removed from stands or closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

PARKING:
*Driveway parking for up to 3 guest vehicles, per city ordinance.
*Garage will not be accessible during stay
*Street parking is available as well. Please use the spaces allowed in the driveway before parking on the street, and do not block any neighbor's driveways or street access to their mailboxes. This may trigger a call to the vacation rental compliance officers.


• Trash and recycling collection is on Thursday. No need to pull the bins out to the street they are collected by waste management. All is taken care of for you.
• Pool cleaner comes Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Landscapers come once a week, typically Mondays but this can change
• The City of Palm Springs does not allow any amplified sounds to be heard outside of the house (no music outside at any time of the day or night).
