The space
This home can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, a single roll away bed and queen size sleeper sofa.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.

House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.

Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

PET POLICY
Pets must be pre approved and disclosed up front. Please only bring small to medium sized animals that can be crated when unattended. There is a $400 pet fee for up to 2 pets. All shots and flea treatments must be up to date. The yard is not fenced so a leash is necessary.

- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow pets on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the pet if left unattended indoors.

Great Local Stay

The location was great, settled in a quiet, family neighborhood just a few minutes from our conference location, Franklin, and Nashville. Everything was very clean and updated, and the owners didn’t require any check-out specifics prior to heading out, which made it very stress free! I would recommend here for anyone passing through Spring Hill.

Quiet place to rest your eyes

We had a job just west of spring hill that was a bit of a drive from home. This house was a nice place for me and a few work colleagues to rest our eyes after a long day. Overall the house was clean quiet and cozy

The Place to Stay!

Start to finish, the experience with this host and VRBO was awesome! The host is extremely responsive, the home was immaculate. Everything was exactly as advertised and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air compared to others. If you are in the Nashville area, and need a place, grab this one! Perfect Stay!

Don’t let the elevation fool you! We were quite impressed walking through the front door. The kitchen, living-room and patio was perfect if we decided to entertain guests. Right off we noticed that the furniture was new and we were overloaded with linen, blankets and towels. You will not be disappointed booking this home!

This property is perfect for a short stay. If you’re looking for a longer stay, you may be disappointed by the lack of “coziness it displayed. The house has what appears as a lounge table and stools in the kitchen in lieu of a kitchen table. Several standard kitchen utensils and kitchen towels were missing. To the plus side, all three beds were extremely comfortable.Perhaps my biggest disappointment was the physical shape of the back yard. The fence was rotting away and in some places the slates were missing. Most importantly, the erosion of the ground under the fence has caused extremely dangerous conditions for small children and pets.
