It has a private fenced in backyard and nearby playground for kids. There is a helpful rollaway twin bed for additional sleeping space. We know you'll enjoy your stay at our townhome. This is a new construction community and will have some construction activity.

You have to put this townhouse at the top of your list! It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and things we didn't think to pack. Our grandkids loved coming to visit -- the neighborhood park was just steps away from our back door. The hosts were terrific. We hope their Vrbo property is available for years to come!

Our stay here was awesome! Good neighborhood and brand new town house with plenty of room for a family with three bedrooms and two baths. We were so excited to be able to cook our own food and do our laundry! Our hosts had all the cookware, laundry and bath items, and drinks in the fridge for our arrival. Hosts were very responsive with any questions. We will book again!
