Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives of the home, space, and location! We’re glad those aspects of your stay met your expectations. We do want to respectfully clarify the pool and spa portion of your review for future guests. Pool heating at this property is optional, requires advance request, and carries a daily fee, as clearly outlined in the listing. We did not receive a request to activate or pay for pool heat prior to your stay. For that reason, the pool was not scheduled to be heated. That said, when concerns were raised, we still made efforts to accommodate with no guarantee by coordinating with our pool vendor despite limited availability. During that visit, the vendor determined the pool required routine servicing, which was addressed accordingly. Throughout your stay, our team remained responsive and communicative. Because pool heating was neither requested nor paid for, a refund related to pool heat would not be applicable. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive, and we believe we acted in good faith while following the terms clearly stated in the listing. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best going forward.
