Why they chose this property
This is a great neighborhood, very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Circle K, Dairy Queen and many restaurants. 15-20 minute boat ride to Rodriguez Key, White Banks, Tiki bar, and many other restaurants by boat. Boat ramp down the street at Harry Harries Park. Five minute drive to grocery stores, hospitals and pharmacy.
