About this property

This spacious and stylish apartment is perfect for any group or family wanting to be in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This apartment is newly remodeled, very modern, clean and cozy. This welcoming space has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, in-unit washer and dryer, designated home office, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free private parking.

This plush duplex is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.

• The sanitized towels and washcloths are in the bathroom.
• For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. :)
• Please do not wear your shoes in the house. Place them on the welcome mat upon entering.
• If you are the last one to bed, please don't forget to hit the light switch! :) Thank you for helping to save electricity. :)
• Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors. Maintaining a positive relationship with them is super important to me. :)
• Please wash any dishes that you use.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property.
• Smoking marijuana anywhere on the property is prohibited.
• Please do not burn anything such as candles, incense, etc. future guests may have allergies.
• Breaking the no-smoking rules will result in a $50 deduction from your security deposit.

Great stay with family and friends

My friends and I had a great one night stay. The space was very nice and clean, and parking out front was easy for all of us. I appreciated the full kitchen that allowed us to make a nice meal together. Steph replies very well to messages and questions. We had a great time! I wish we could've stayed longer!!

Tuesday night concert in GR

We love up north but needed a place to stay in the city for a show Tuesday night. The house was perfect in every way. Very clean, well stocked, great communication, great location, easy check in and check out. Thank you again for a great place that met our every need.

Perfect Stay!

Stayed here for a night with a friend while we were in town to see a concert. The place is amazing, to say the least! Extremely clean and wildly spacious...we couldn't have been happier! Were in town for a concert and loved being able to walk to Restaurants and Van Andel Arena. Stephanie was an AMAZING hostess and could not have been more accommodating or on top of communication!
