1. Renters must be 25
2. An additional guest screening may be required.
3. Renters may only use the bear box (trash can) that is associated with the house.
4. Placer County's short-term rental policy allows a maximum occupancy of 6 people and a maximum of 4 cars to be parked in the driveway. Extra cars are allowed in the summer. Please be mindful of this policy, and feel free to ask for further clarification.
5. Renter vehicles are not allowed to park anywhere other than the driveway to the house. The main driveway entrance is shared with other houses. Renters are never allowed to block, use, or restrict access in any way to neighboring houses.
6. All-wheel drive vehicles are always recommended in the winter due to variable conditions which may include heavy snow, ice, and winds. Home may not be easily accessible during or after storms, so we encourage all-wheel drive vehicles.
7. Snow and ice buildup is a constant challenge. Please be aware that decks, stairs, entrances, sidewalks, and patios may be slippery, and ice-buildup very quickly and easily occurs; use caution at all times. Slips and falls are a constant hazard. Be cautious of roof overhangs where snow and ice are likely to build up. (Ice melt is in the tough shed that can be used if needed for the driveway).
