"Thank you for creating such a magical place..." Recent Guest "Best Tree House I've ever seen!" Recent Guest
Let the kid in you come to play in this real treehouse held up by four trees, 18 feet off the ground. Zip line down or take a giant soaking tub. A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.
The space Three trees grow right through the deck and can be seen from all the inside windows. The deck is huge, with its own dining table. The solitude and views are wonderful. The kitchen is designed with all "retro" appliances. The fireplace lights up the dining room table and heats the space. All the walls are pine, and the indoor shower and full bathroom is made of artistic tile. The stairs are a brilliant space-saving design. Easier than any ladder or stairs I've ever seen in most tiny homes. Upstairs is a super comfy queen bed, a large "Hammock," and a couch/work space that turns into a double bed. You can watch movies suspended in the air on the hammock, looking down at the dining area. It's so comfy you might even prefer it to the high-tech mattress. There are three skylights looking straight up at the massive trees and three upstairs windows. There's air conditioning and wildlife, from owls and eagles to rabbits, coyotes, chipmunks, and deer. And you won't believe you are a ten-minute drive to all Portland has to offer, from the rose garden, council crest, hiking, and amazing food in trendy northwest like bamboo sushi, salt and straw, and voodoo donuts.
Guest access You will have access to the Tree House, the giant deck, the Soaking tub, AND the secluded "Picnic area." And two parking spaces that lead to the 3-minute walk/trail. Please do not leave these areas, though. And make sure, if you bring a pet, they must be on a leash. Although it does not seem like it, there are neighbors nearby.

Perfect place to stay and relax. The zip line and hot soaking tub were great additions. The property manager was extremely helpful and made sure we were perfectly cared for. Staying at the yeti tree house was a unique experience that we will gladly share with our friends and family.
We LOVED our stay in the Yeti Treehouse! The bathroom is huge, decor is adorable, and hammock & bed were comfortable. It was a fun and unique stay, while being close to all of the conveniences of the city. It was a beautiful short walk through the woods, and there are plenty of birds to enjoy while you sit on the porch drinking coffee or soaking in the hot tub!The videos for check in were also very helpful!

While the tree house was quite charming (the appliances were adorable) and offered unique lodging! The path to get to the tree house requires careful navigation and could be challenging for some guests! The property could REALLY benefit from a thorough cleaning between guests, I am sorry, but it was very clear it had not been deep cleaned. The tea pot still had tea in it and a trail of ants found it! I was also surprised to find the property had VERY limited outdoor space for enjoying the surroundings because it was nestled in the trees and pretty. There was a picnic table, but it was not at all usable! I was overall disappointed in my stay!

Dear Heather
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely care about the experiences of our guests, and we take every review seriously as we look for ways to improve.
We are so sorry to hear that the layout did not quite meet your expectations. Because we host a high volume of wonderful guests, we are constantly working hard behind the scenes to maintain the property. We wanted to let you know that we have recently pressure-washed the outdoor areas, invested in deep cleaning, and have ongoing upgrades in motion to keep everything in top shape.
To provide a bit of context for future travelers reading this, our home is located in a beautiful, natural setting—specifically in the Klein area—which offers a unique getaway. In all our time hosting, you are actually the very first guest to feel that the space was tight or that the picnic table was unusable. Most of our families find that the massive deck, the exciting zipline, and the dedicated picnic area tucked into the trail provide an amazing, spacious outdoor experience.
That being said, we know that every group's needs are different. We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your stay, and we wish you nothing but the best in your future travels.
Warm regards,
[Peter, Management]"

“Hello, thank you for your stay and for your review. We’re so glad to hear everything was just as described and that you enjoyed your time here. We’re always working to make each stay the best it can be, so if there is anything that would have made your experience a five-star one, we’d truly love to hear it.”
Our stay in the treehouse was awesome! The kids loved the zip line and the suspended net to watch movies was another favorite part of our stay! The place was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay!
Perfect little tree house. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare some snacks. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Stairs getting up to the loft took a little getting used it. Zip line was a nice touch. Kept the kids busy for a bit. Walk from the car to the tree house wasn’t too bad. We didn’t use the soaking tub but I took a peak and it was clean. Tree house is very close to food and shopping. Would recommend and stay here again.
Adorable and comfortable place to stay! It was close to all the activities of Portland but the feel of being remote in the woods. Zip line and hammock were fantastic.
My family loves the treehouse experience! So pleasant and gracious for us to stay there! The zip line was awesome for the kiddos and they loved the mesh bed! We would definitely stay there again!
We had such a great time in this cute little treehouse. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner Barry was very attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. This is definitely a place to stay if you’re more on the agile side but I enjoyed feeling like I was in the middle of the woods sitting on the porch. Very private and quiet as well. Beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend this to an active couple or small family!
The treehouse is fun. Lots of cute details to discover. The location is good. We saw lots of cute animals. Highly recommend the Cornell Farm Cafe for breakfast.

About the host

I grew up in the N.W. And, I must say, my whole life I did not know this area existed. There is nothing like it so close to town. I'm a musician and an author. I love the outdoors, and I'm passionate about creating this "experience." That is how I see it. It's not just a place to stay. It's an experience. A place that can reset the soul!
Why they chose this property
There is no neighborhood anywhere this close to Portland like my property. There literally are countless wildlife from flying squirrels to deer, eagles and owls etc. AND, it's believed there is a friendly Sasquatch. I have a picture myself.
What makes this property unique
It feels like you are one hundred miles away from it all yet you are five to ten minutes from the best that Portland and Beaverton has to offer!
