We really loved this property. The location is steps from the beach, the place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and the communication was quick.

My first impression when we walked inside the unit was how clean it was and how good it smelled, I wish I had their cleaning crew for my own house! The patio was a great spot to hangout, had a nice Weber grill and even had a partial beach view. They had several beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards that we were able to use when we went to the beach. The split air conditioning units were definitely an added bonus for some of the warmer days we were there. There were 7 of us that stayed there, 2 adults and 5 kids and we felt there was plenty of enough room for us. The two sets of bunk beds in the one room definitely help the sleeping situation with younger kids. All the beds were comfortable and had nice linens and towels. We loved the location, a bit of a more peaceful crowd down at the south side of Mission Beach, nice for younger families. Overall this was a great place to stay at. The only con of this place was the bright streetlight and neighbors air conditioning unit across the street that was loud and made sitting outside at night not as pleasant as it could’ve been, but obviously they have no control over that. Overall this was a wonderful unit and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Steps to the Beach!

The property was perfect for our family. The listing was accurate, the house was beautiful and the location was amazing. Steps to the beach made it easy to go back-and-forth to the house.

This home was more than advertised. It is so very close to the boardwalk, the beach and the bay on the other side. The host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, it had plenty of room for myself, my mother and my brothers. It also had all that you would need in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, we did not go without! Highly recommend.

Beach trip

What a wonderful stay right by the beach! We absolutely loved this place. Sitting outside in the patio in the evening and morning and walking over to the beach across the street during the day. It was clean and comfy and had everything we needed! My 4runner fit just fine in the garage so that was nice! Lovely trip would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

This rental was a perfect location for our multi generational vacation. Great grandmother with my daughter, adult grand children, teens and great grandchildren ages 4-11. Everyone had a wonderful time. Plenty of room, bikes, boogie boards and chairs. Walk to beach and Bay side, parks, shops and restaurants. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Annual family vacation

Annual beach vacation with kids and grandkids. Large family so we rented upper and lower rentals. We have four kids so they split the week, two kids and their family’s at a time in the upper. We took the lower unit. The places are exactly as listed. Well equipped, sundries available, beach extremely close and the two parking spots are a plus. We had a regular sized and oversized SUV fit fine. If you need additional, there is a lot not too far away. Air conditioning was a super plus! It’s not in the bunk bed room, but with door or window open and a fan, it was just fine. Any questions we had, Cindy was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The only negative item I can offer, the actual “living space” is a bit small. However, using the outside patio is a great resource, not only for the extra space but to enjoy the wonderful weather. Planes are loud, but that was not a surprise to us as it is listed, plus we’re accustomed to the area each year. The family that lives there keeps to themselves, however if you do meet them, are super kind and nice. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency one night and the neighbors the next day checked in on us and brought over a baked food. Kind people. Overall, another great family vacation.
