Walking distance to private beach access as well as a newly renovated heated salt water Community pool (Shared) on the intercoastal with breath taking views. This is a one of a kind experience.

We have owned this property for the past 3 years after acquiring our first home on Siesta Keys 6 years ago. We have recently moved to Lakewood Ranch (Sarasota) from New Jersey as we loved it hear so much we decided to make it our home. Both Husband and Wife work in the fashion industry and therefore the home decor and style have a modern and eclectic feel with a focus on comfort and relaxation. The kitchen has been stocked with cookware to suit the owners love of cooking so enjoy both eating in and out.

Why they chose this property

This location is a place for families. The amenities are amazing from the private beach access, beautiful salt water/heated pool overlooking the intercoastal, Boat Slips, Fishing Dock and so much more. Quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This property is a stand alone 3 bedroom unit with large porch so although you get the benefits of the condo grounds you feel as if you are staying at your own home. The private beach access just a block to the other side is a huge benefit and when you are done on the beach it is amazing to relax at the pool or fish on the dock. Always something to do or somewhere to relax.
