Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with streaming service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

We had a great stay!! The staff was wonderful and really nice!! The room was perfect for our stay! Having the private beach, pools and workout room made our time the best!! We loved walking down to the village for coffee (Mojo was the best) breakfast and meals. Great location!! Will be back!!

Absolutely amazing!!

This was our first trip together and the condo could not have been more beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. We had plenty of towels. There was a beach chair, umbrella, and Cabana service there on the property. It was absolutely amazing and the very best vacation either one of us have ever had. I highly recommend going to Siesta Key and without a doubt booking at this incredible facility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our 5 day trip. The resort was beautiful and very safe. The actual condo was nice with extra things for the beach. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked but we did use the grill on the beach for our food one night.

Lovely place. One small thing however it was an issue. They were renovating the unit next-door to us which involved some drilling, electric saws, etc. I understand it has to be done at some point, but if we knew the days in advance, we could have arranged our museum and tour days around that. It also happened to rain during that time so we were kind of stuck.

Wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. I wanted a few days to decompress from a busy time in my life & it was just what I needed. The condo was clean, had a great view & is super cute. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo in Palm Bay Club again.
