The condo and location of the condo were excellent!! Master bath was amazing!! We were notified before arrival that there would be renovation in the breezeway. However, there was actually some Jack hammering on our 8th floor and also the elevator was completely shut down for several hours one day. We called the host but no one returned our call. Probably nothing they could do about it but a return call would have been appreciated. Would definitely stay in this condo again but not if there was any renovations in the building.

Perfect spot with a great pool!

The room is beautiful and just as described. Has everything you need and a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools are great for children. Easy check-in process. 10/10 recommend!

Overall our stay was great. This was our first time in this unit but have stayed at SeaChase more than 10 times. The master bed was very comfortable, love the ice machine, lots of comfortable seating. We would choose this unit again!One frustrating thing was the elevator situation. One of them was down for most of our trip. Unfortunately this is common at SeaChase. It would be helpful for this unit to have more gate keys. There were just 2 of us, so having only 1 key was ok, but most units offer multiple gate keys. When you’ve got to have it to get to the beach, it’s helpful to have a few so each person can have one. We typically vacation with another couple. Sharing one gate key would be difficult.

Great spot

We’ve stayed a SeaChase for years but this was the first time we booked through VRBO instead of the property directly. Process was super simple, check in was a breeze and the property was immaculate. Stocked with initial supplies in kitchen and both bathrooms. Very nicely done!

Beautiful Condo and View

This condo has everything you could need. The views are stunning in the morning and evening. We saw numerous dolphins while we were there. The beach is wonderful for walking and shelling. The Sea Chase was kept extremely clean everywhere. We would highly recommend.

patio and living room furniture need to be updated balcony tiles are cracked - there was no vaccuum or swiffer wet provided for a 45 day stay but this was provided by the company within a few days once requested - overall the owners have made some improvements to the kitchen cabinets/counter top flooring in the bedrooms and ensuite bath but the unit furntiure is not comfortable for a long-term stay

Great get-away time

Unit was clean and appeared as described. Easy access to beach. Multiple pools that were all available. Close to dining and shopping. Only negative was only one fob for beach access. A bit inconvenient with more than one person in the unit.

The communication with the rental company was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. Unit overall clean and well stocked and great hot water! Great location, property very nice with multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs. A couple issues to note for this unit...a key fob is required to open a gate to access the beach and to use indoor pool/exercise room. Unit was provided only one key fob. Per rental company, the owner only provided one key fob so it was quite a challenge to coordinate several people coming and going to the beach needing in and out access. I have stayed in other units here and there were multiple fobs provided. The other issue is that the master bathroom overall clean with the exception of the master shower stall, mold on caulk, needs a deep clean. If these issues don't bother you, I'm sure you will enjoy your rental!

Seriously fabulous!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Clean, ultra modern, fabulous! Loved the kitchen and the chandeliers. It was just one of my best friends and me that stayed . Everything was so easy . Loved the balcony with the couch and little tables. I have rented dozens of condos over the years, and this by far is the very best . There was only one deficit . The water wasn’t hot enough. I tried to take a bath in the whirlpool bathtub, but the water was only lukewarm at best .

I hate to give this a three star because the unit is a 5 star plus. However the building where we stayed was struck by lightning the night before we were scheduled to leave and the elevators went down. We were on the 8th floor and had to carry our belongings down the stairs. Normally that would be fine but I have myasthenia gravis and my wife has severe neuropathy. We tried to reach the realtor to find out if they could help find some assistance for us and all of the others who were leaving but the phone was not answered and messages not returned. If the elevator gets repaired I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s clean and decorated beautifully. Just make sure you have a backup plan for yourself should something like this occur during your stay.
