The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival.

The Best Stay

We stayed in the nicest condo we have stayed in. Been coming for 8 years and the the security staff was so personable. He made a point to get to know us and remembered what room we were in. Thank you for another family vacation.

We loved this condo! Right by beach, and great view! Parking is a pain though!! Had to park elsewhere and walk more than I’d like.

We have stayed at the Enclave for many years! The location is the best! This was the first time staying in this condo. This condo had recently been updated and is beautiful! The pool had also been renovated and is stunning! Great choice!

First VRBO experience

Our overall experience was exceptional. The location, facility & unit were above expectations. Check-in process would have been a little easier if I had understood the only information needed was the Unit Number. My mistake was thinking the Name of the facility was XYZ 123. All he needed was 123. Small error but after a long trip, a guessing game is the last thing I wanted.

Parking was an issue - there was security but second night we got back around 10:30 and there was no parking available. Cars parked illegally were not towed. We parked across the street which was a mistake as our car was towed. After that we saw cars towed from the Enclave for no parking pass. Lights for the tennis/pickleball courts would be nice. We were there in July so too hot to play during the day. The condo was very nice with everything you need. A plus was the room by the elevator where guests left chairs, beach toys, etc for those in need. We contributed several things when we left for others yo enjoy.

This was our first time using VRBO and it was an amazing experience. Checking in and out was smooth, the place and location were both as described, and they were great at communication. We stayed during Tropical Storm Bertha and the communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!
