For your convenience, there is one bathroom, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and hassle-free.

The entire guest house and patio/yard area are your to use and totally private.

The host will follow the lead of his guests. We like to give our guests their privacy and space. We are available if needed, just give us a ring :)

This is a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. With the best of Sherman Oaks at your doorstep, you're just moments away from trendy boutiques, delicious eateries, and exciting entertainment options. Plus, you're conveniently located to explore all that Los Angeles has to offer.
The property is nearby the metro lines and all major LA freeways.

Lastly, while this guest unit is totally private, it does share the property with the owners who live in the main front house.

- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.
- Please use street parking only, there should be plenty.
Please no smoking of any kind on the premises, this means no cigarettes, no Cannabis.
- If you absolutely must smoke please make sure you do it offsite. Any smell or evidence of smoking and you will be subject to 500 fee.
- Pet fee: $35 per pet per stay
