Great house close to Universal Studios! We were in town to spend a few days at Universal-this house was so close-a 5 minute uber to the park! The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops and stores-central to everything. The house was big, open but private. Our family if 4 had more than enough space and everyone agreed the beds were so comfortable! We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Host was great. House was clean and comfortable. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't use kitchen or pool. We did however sit in the back yard to smoke. That is why I rented this home. Its hard to find a place that allows smoking. So I really appreciate it. We did do 1 load of laundry. Machines worked great. We brought our own detergent. Had a good stay. Thank you,Yoni

North Hollywood

Great place in North Hollywood. Close to food shopping and had everything we needed. Very spacious for our party of 4 and we enjoyed having the pool! Terrific communication with the host and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit our son!

We were not made aware that there were cats on the property (we saw 3-4 total), and we are both severly allergic to cats so needless to say, we were miserable. I asked the owner and he said they were "outdoor cats". However, every time we opened the door, they tried to come inside and there was a water bowl outside for them and cat food inside the house. Towels were not clean, couch was dirty, no washcloths, house smelled heavily of cats. There was also an EV charger there that we used, assuming it was part of the stay. We were then told we had to pay 25/day to use the charger. None of these things were stated in the listing at all. Neighborhood did not feel safe as there were police a few doors down, and young kids walking the streets late at night.
