Depending on the season, various challenges may arise, but I am grateful that we have an exceptional crew available to assist guests during their stay. Regarding your suggestion of compensation for minor inconveniences, I must clarify that we do not provide such offerings routinely. However, I did extend that courtesy to you due to the lack of communication prior to your arrival. As a new host, I strive to provide a unique and exceptional experience for our guests. However, it's clear that our standards may not align with your expectations. I want to assure you that issues like ants in the sheets or difficulties with cooking are not part of our standard, and we have an extremely detailed cleaning protocol in place to address any such concerns immediately. Your feedback regarding these matters is greatly appreciated, and we will take steps to ensure they are promptly addressed. Regarding your concerns about your children's play, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
