Located just minutes from Naples' world-renowned beaches, golf courses, and dining options, you'll have no shortage of entertainment nearby. Vanderbilt Beach (one mile) and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (two miles) offer pristine sandy shores and scenic hiking, kayaking, and beachcombing. Don’t miss Tiburón Golf Course four miles away when hoping to practice your swing on championship golf courses.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sea Breeze was a breeze

The house is very updated with a nice kitchen and bathrooms (really cute tile), great AC. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels. I appreciated the beach towels, bikes and beach toys too. Great location, very close to Vanderbilt beach by Ritz Carlton and shopping! Can walk to Publix and restaurants.
